Moving through Walls
My recent series explores the existential question of who we are. Awake we inhabit a world informed by the senses, the Earth and the culture we inhabit. Asleep, the senses retreat, and we are released to travel other worlds of mind. On occasion something disturbs the field of duality and a larger reality manifests and the two states of being intersect. It's then we encounter strange new phenomena like ghosts, goblins, fairylands etc. Phenomena that penetrate the walls of our everyday perception. It’s this blending of worlds I draw upon.
